Yooperlite Palm | UV Reactive Crystal Palmstone

Lovely Yooperlite palm. At first glance, it looks like a regular stone - but when viewed under UV light it glows like it's being consumed by fire from within! It is a type of Syenite rock which is rich in fluorescent Sodalite. It is this Sodalite contained within that gives this crystal it's incredible orange and yellow glow. Yooperlite is simply a trade name for the material that comes from Lake Superior in Michigan, however this particular stone is from a new find discovered in China.

SPECIAL FEATURES 
a marbled mix of grey, black and dark brown mottling, the brown areas are that which glow under UV / glossy polished finish, please allow for minor natural surface imperfections
